EDI Specialist

About the Role
The EDI Specialist creates and maintains EDI maps and administers the receiving and sending of all EDI documents and performs troubleshooting on all processes to resolve all content issues and map problems. You will design, develop and support document and report management solutions using various reporting tools.

Responsibilities
EDI:

Coordinate with Third Party EDI and new Trading Partners to set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer service
Collaborate with trading partners and perform tests on all EDI transmissions and maintain all documents for trading partner setups and analyze all customer requirements for processes
Design all EDI map documents using Liaison Delta software and prepare all test data and manage all communication with trading partners and assist to produce all operational documents for all end users
Manage new communication channels using Liaison ECS
Work with third party developer consultants to integrate EDI documents to M3 ERP system
Create and maintain documentation related to EDI partner set up

Report Writer:

Partner with various departments to elicit and document business requirements
Responsible for design, development and testing of new reports, BI solutions and forms using various reporting tools
Monitor, troubleshoot, resolve and process daily issues of forms and reports
Responsible for scheduling reports for automated distribution
Create and maintain documentation throughout the development life cycle including business requirements documents, technical documentation and testing documentation

Other Duties:

User management and security roles for M3 ERP and other applications
Responsible for managing M3 ERP job scheduling and personalizations for H5 user interface
Responsible for updating M3 databases using API Toolkit when needed
Monitor Magento Ecommerce to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
May receive occasional weekend/evening calls if issues arise
Other I.T. related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 3-5 years' experience
Technical background with experience in configuring standard EDI transactions with Trading Partners on an ERP platform.
Experience with Infor M3 ERP system preferred
3+ years' experience with Liaison Delta Mapping Tool and Liaison ECS preferred or similar EDI software
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL and XML preferred
Experience with NGS IQ preferred
Experience with Qlik Sense preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, communications and overall dependability are essential
Ability to work proficiently with very minimal daily guidance
Problem Solving/Analysis skills to identify issues, define and implement a solution
