The Full Stack Developer translates user requirements into the overall architecture and implement the new systems. Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes, but not limited to writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Full Stack Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. The Full Stack Developer is expected to work on the client as well as server sides and understand what is going on when developing an application.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Front End website architecture
  • Work alongside various departments to develop solutions to improve workflow.
  • Research and understand technical documentation.
  • Identify problems and develop solutions to improve efficiencies and performance in the business flow.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Help departments translate raw data into a readable format.
  • Work with employees at all levels of their organization to support accurate, proper data exchanges within the organization
  • Designing user interactions on web pages and work with users to make sure the applications are performing as required
  • Developing backend website applications.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside third part web designers for web design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  • Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and user needs.
  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
  • Assist with any testing to observe and interpret messages received and offer updates to their supervisor, typically a departmental lead or supervisor
  • Design, develop, document, modify, and maintain assigned programs and integrations.
  • Model, analyze, and maintain various databases and data sources for users.
  • Help departments translate raw data into a readable format.
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience in software and web development.
  • Experience in development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
  • Knowledge of database applications such as SQL Server or MySQL
  • Experience in server-side technologies such as Java/J2EE, .NET, PHP, Python, Ruby or PHO helpful
  • Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and business procedures.
  • Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Understanding of different file types and mapping technologies
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
