Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst will lead projects and support our global Workday system. In this role. you will partner with the HRIS team and other key HR and business leaders to identify, configure, test, and launch solutions in response to evolving business requirements.The candidate should have global experience in HCM, Compensation, Performance, Time, Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting and have experience leading Workday development projects from start to finish including administering security access and maintaining security roles as required.

  • Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrations
  • Perform routine break/fix support and testing
  • Perform Testing solutions independently with other businesses and vendors
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, documentation, problem identification and resolution
  • Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests
  • Work with other business teams, analyze solution requirements, and prepare functional and technical design specifications
  • Handle both planned and unplanned tasks, and being flexible with supporting other areas of HRIS as needed
  • Work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries
  • Prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
  • Effectively work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Systems with proficiency in Workday

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of HR data elements, data dependencies, data security, data flow process between various HR systems.
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of workday reporting, data sources and business objects
  • Strong experience with interface, functional interactions, understand impacts to downstream systems, and ensure data quality
  • Knowledge of Workday tools EIB, Report Writer, Business Processes and basic understanding of Workday integration designs
  • Experience with incident management and integration monitoring
  • Understand and ensure data security and privacy standards
  • Understand and follow process and integration standards and best practices and ensure data integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact within the team, with other business teams, and vendors
