Overview:
The IT CRM Manager is the technical leader for the MS Dynamics CRM , and associated CPQ/Pricing and Enterprise Data Management systems. This role is to own the CRM system and manage its company-wide user community support, through insightful business requirements analysis and driving configuration over customization, efficient data/system integration, and strategically-planned progressive systems enhancements with Customer Advocacy/Care/Analytics and Security in mind.

This role is to own the CRM system and manage its company-wide user community support, through insightful business requirements analysis and driving configuration over customization, efficient data/system integration, and strategically-planned progressive systems enhancements with Customer Advocacy/Care/Analytics and Security in mind.
Major Responsibilities:
- Work as and manage CRM system administrators in US and Asia to ensure timely user supports in WW sales regions in the US, EU and Asia.
- Work as the key point-person to engage with Sales and Marketing in understanding business process and data needs and setting the priorities and approach of CRM and related system supports, enhancements, and integration.
- Work closely with key IT staff to ensure overall CRM and related systems health.
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve business problems.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for new system implementation or integration, and define solution architecture and project plan to drive solution results.
- Lead CRM related upgrade and integration projects through full-life-cycle.
- Ensure CRM and related applications meet security and audit requirements.
- Manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedbacks and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Bsc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Must have 5 to 10 years of in-depth application experience with MS Dynamics, and other CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud.
- Must have hands-on MS Dynamics CRM Administration, Consulting and/or Developer experience required.
- Must have experience leading large-scale successful CRM implementations and supports for global technology companies.
- Must have agile and/or Waterfall project management experience, certifications preferred.
- Expert in application/solution design, configuration / system setup and documentation.
- Strong management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
- Data analytics and SQL skills required.
