Main responsibilities are to support new software implementation and user training. This role works directly with IT staff and various departments to ensure use of software platforms to provide information and control across various functions.


  • Ensure software is installed and functions properly
  • Support configuration management tasks on projects
  • Provide training and support across various software platforms
  • Review and learn complex system requirements
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems for all users
  • Assist with quality assurance testing for new software applications
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to verify new software through testing
  • Record and document actual results as per expected results
  • Support configuration management tasks on projects
  • Participate in and provide input regarding technical training developed or delivered by department staff
  • Assist other department staff on technical issues and day to day activities
  • Your job responsibilities will be varied but include software installations, answering day-to-day questions, conducting training & supporting users with cloud or software related problems
  • Work with vendors to install software upgrades and test new releases
  • Educate users on new program releases
  • Ensure that proper backups are being made and the database is optimized to perform at its maximum capabilities
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 2 years of management\production & CRM software experience.
  • Report development skills through the use of Power BI
  • Basic understanding of web-based software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Red Zone, TMS, Salesforce, Manager Plus & SQL Scripting is a plus
  • Strong technical skills with personal computers, printers, network environments and desktop software packages
  • Ability to multitask and independently solve complex issues
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills with both non-technical & technical co- workers
  • Highly motivated and driven by a desire to solve difficult problems, and learn new technology Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Accustomed to learning new skills and software
