Responsible for developing, deploying, executing, managing, and monitoring integration processes/flows that connect multiple endpoints, including cloud service integration (CSI), application-to-application (A2A), and business-to-business (B2B) integrations. This individual works closely with business analysts and project managers in defining and organizing workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks. As a senior role, this position provides technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews, and implementation of best practices. This position acts as a backup for other technical support personnel.

  • Designs, develops, and implements complex integrations using an enterprise integration platform as a service (EiPaaS) hybrid architecture.
  • Works with other technical staff, customers, and vendors to coordinate and deliver consensus-based scalable, adaptable, and sustainable solutions with ever-changing business needs.
  • Provides technical expertise and complex data analysis to develop business intelligence integration designs.
  • Ensures data integration systems perform at optimum levels to meet business solutions.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of system integration and implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
  • Conducts code reviews of other integration development efforts to ensure consistent methodologies are followed and makes recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Participates in technical architecture review sessions.
  • Maintains compliance with internal architecture, development, and security standards and policies.
  • Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. Conducts end-user training when required.
  • Provides level two technical support for all service tickets created for assigned systems. Assists, trains, and coordinates with other technical staff as needed.
  • This position will operate Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • May be assigned on a rotating on-call basis for 24x7 support, providing technical assistance for all custom and packaged application modules in a production environment. Coordinates and monitors support team schedules.
Experience :
  • 5+ years of software development experience in business and information systems utilizing .NET (C#/VB.NET/Visual Studio) and other modern web technologies.
  • Experience with EDI, B2B, or B2C systems integration.
  • Experience with several of the following technologies required such as EDI Integration, API Development, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Microsoft Azure, XML, XSL, FTP
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Plus skills: BizTalk, Boomi, SSRS, SSIS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals with various levels of technical expertise.
