The Senior Manager of IT Project Management will directly manage 4 -5 direct IT PM reports, as well as oversee and project manage key project intiatives when needed. This position will lead project resources to analyze project needs, define requirements, develop user stories, develop and execute test plans, develop and maintain project documentation, and report (written and oral) project progress to stakeholders. You will execute on high priority enterprise level initiatives, and influence across the organization while partnering closely with cross functional teams to create roadmaps, scope programs aligning them with business priorities, define milestones and success metrics, and build scalable, secure, reliable, efficient platforms
Qualifications
• Must have Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of people leadership/direct of supervisory experience managing technical programs
• 8 plus years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects simultaneouly
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver to key performance indicators
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Proven ability to lead., guide, and develop IT project management team
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment on various initiatives.
