Position Overview:

We are looking for an IT Application Support Analyst (ITASA) to join our team! As an ITASA, you will support the business systems for TGC group to ensure that business systems and operational processes run smoothly so that users can conduct their business.

An ITASA offers technical support and end user support. Technical support relates to the maintenance of application software and other technologies that support business operations. End user support relates to helping the business users understand how to use the application or system and help resolve any issues.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, analyze, test, and support business applications, programs, and integrations.
  • Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or systems functional specifications.
  • Determine project requirements by analyzing requirements, preparing workflow charts and diagrams using knowledge of computer system capabilities, subject matter, and ERP systems logic.
  • Assess problems and trouble-shoot to bring to resolution to issues.
  • Work with vendors, business teams, and internal IT infrastructure/support teams to ensure complete end to end solutions.
  • Assist with roadmaps for business solutions to identify projects, enhancements, or new solutions.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or Business.
  • 6-8 years IT project or support experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems/Data/Infrastructure development lifecycle.
  • Must have experience with ERP Solutions(s) and know how ERP is used to run business operations.
  • Exposure to conducting Business or Systems Analysis.
  • Industry experience working within fresh packing, farm, or growing market preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional, and cross-team environment.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders on resolving issues, identifying technical solutions to improve business process performance.
  • Well-developed analytical skills: ability to assess situations and complex problems quickly.
  • Experience and interest in supporting new business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, writing, virtual, group presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
  • An unquenchable thirst for learning and knowledge about current technology and trends and stay on top of those topics regularly.
