About the Role

Remote 3 days per week, on-site 2.

Responsible for the successful integration, implementation and ongoing management of best-in-class cross-functional business processes and management tools to support, as well manage the business process integration of acquisitions.

Your Impact

-Architect Business process Integration of Acquisitions.
-Support daily activities of CRM Service Contracts and Field Service business process area.
-Coordinate IT integration of company Acquisitions.
-Direct and coordinate daily Operations of BPR group
-Review continually current business processes and existing Oracle Applications solutions supporting them to identify needed changes to support the short and long term strategic direction of Senior Management.
-Identify appropriate project team to plan and implement new initiatives once identified.
-Responsible for leading cross functional teams throughout the life of the projects.
-Report project progress and issue to Senior Management on a regular basis, indicating impact (centralization, cost savings, etc.)
-Discuss business and systems issues openly with Senior management while proposing appropriate automated or manual solutions to remedy those deficiencies.
-Identify, recruit, retain and mentor high potential direct reports.
-Recommend process and system overall direction to all areas.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

-Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
-Minimum 5 years industry experience in Oracle ERP and Oracle CRM Modules
-Oracle certifications in any CRM Module is a plus
-Strong project management and interpersonal skills
-Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast paced environment
-Experience in designing, developing and implementing business solutions around Oracle's eBusiness Suite of products
-Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities
-Ability to develop flexible and solid organization to support an ever demanding business climate
