Lead the development and execution of UX strategies across all brand websites, with the goal of enhancing customer experience leading to increased conversion rates and revenue. Seeking a backend configuration/analyst with strong content management system (CMS) and must have strong testing acumen.
  • Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
  • Design, model and work with a 3 rd Party Developer and to implement front-end web code and design standards and writing clean, semantic code.
  • Further develop and customize the capabilities of the Content Management System (CMS) used to merchandise the website.
  • Light wire framing and mockups of revamped or new site pages acting as a problem solver to improve our sites experience.
  • Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for our customers and process for our internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the successful deployment of email campaigns by inputting code, optimized graphics and trackable tags/URLs into campaign management system.
REQUIREMENTS
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Proficiency with Shopify tooling - Themekit / CLI
  • Experience with Shopify Web Platform or similar Content Management Systems.
  • Experience and expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • Experience using email management system
  • Personal interest in staying current on the latest advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization using customer analytics and AB testing.
  • Definitive knowledge of Search Engine Optimization a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques, work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Superb troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Advanced experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Liquid, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks and libraries a plus
