Job duties:
Work toward creating database to gather information when vendors or employees leave the organization to house all information that could be needed after they have left the organization
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
A very solid grasp and background of Knowledge Management and it's definition in entirety
Understanding of functionality and inner workings of various Knowledge Management related tools to include but not limited to SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
Able to create/deliver presentations and easily communicate with all levels of organization to include executive leadership
Adept at stakeholder partnership, able to work with various stakeholders across the IT organization to develop requirements and transpose those requirements into use cases, PoVs and recommendations
5 7 years of experience preferable in the IT Retail space
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Functional O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) experience
Understanding of Agile & scaling (Safe) methodology
EST/CST time zone required, preferably located near one of our many corporate offices, but will consider outside of this guideline based on level of expertise.
