Remote Project Coordinator

This Contractor will work closely with the Program and Project Managers assisting in day-to-day activities which may include:

Coordinating meetings
Note taking
SharePoint site updates or granting permissions
Project plan updates
Status report creation
Managing issues, risks, action items, etc
Associate onboarding
Vendor onboarding SOW processing, PO and invoice processing, etc
ServiceNow ticket processing and requesting
Ability to run reports via ServiceNow

Required Skills:
O365 programs including: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
Excel super user skills: power query, pivot tables, etc
ServiceNow experience
Prior experience with large implementations preferably with large enterprise
