Apply technical leadership experience to design, implement, and support highly available Cisco voice and unified communications solutions.Work with network management on diverse projects including system rollouts, upgrades and infrastructure changes. Conduct analysis, administration, management, and maintenance of telephony network systems and circuits.Consult with end users to assess system functionality. Maintain daily performance, monitor network and system performance and administer security on multiple platforms.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand the concept and execution of architecture and engineering in the development and deployment of Cisco voice and contact center solutions
  • Function in a lead engineer role for all Cisco and WebEx unified communication applications to include servers infrastructure, telecom providers, cloud SAS gateways , voice & video hardware, session border controllers, and related equipment, and devices to include video conference room endpoints
  • Technical Skills and/or Certifications in the following core areas: Cisco CUCM, Cisco UCCX Call Center, Call Center Reporting, PSTN Trunks, SIP, Traffic Engineering, UHF, Pagers, Public Address, and legacy telephone TDM and Key Systems
  • Implement best practices for Unified Communications, analyze routine production problems and direct and implement corrective changes to reduce failures and improve redundancy and recovery

Requirements:
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco Contact Center Express, and Webex (please add this to the education and experience section)
  • Experience with a large multi-site enterprise voice system migration working with various carriers and partners
