The .NET Developer role is responsible for adding new functionality, debugging, and troubleshooting within existing .NET Application solutions. Responsible for developing User Interfaces, Control Logic, Integrations and Storage Models within the .NET Framework. They will develop, test, debug and support future revisions based on Development Specification Documents and "Stand Up planning meetings. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop, test and deploy .NET applications based on requirements gathered from Development Specs, "Stand Up planning meetings and feedback from end users.
  • Participate in interactions with all aspects of the business personnel from the manufacturing floor to top management to assist with developing plans of action and implementation to increase efficiencies in respective areas of the business.
  • Serve as point person for application functionality bug reports, including reproducing the bug in production environment, development necessary to fix and deploying bug fix to live on a regular patch cycle.
  • Write training documentation and train end users or technical support staff to use and support Mongoose and other applications using current procedures and workflows.
Essential Skills:
  • 3+ years .NET/C# development, full-stack web application development and experience working with Windows executable UIs with Database Management Systems.
  • Experience in SQL Server development standards and data retrieval methodologies within SQL Server.
  • Experience with writing technical documentation and specifications.
  • Experience developing within an ERP system within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC.
  • Experience working in a business office environment and familiarity with standard Business & IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to execute multiple simultaneous tasks which includes team members across IT and the business.
  • Problem solving skills and knowledge of solving application-related user requests and issues.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with GitHub or other version control code base management systems.
  • Ability to utilize published procedures and workflows to understand and troubleshoot IT and business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a high work ethic, self-motivation, and strong initiative.
