The EDI Analyst is responsible for the setup, administration, maintenance, and support of all related company systems integrations. EDI Analyst is committed to providing a positive IT experience for all end-users.  They work with other members of the team to leverage IT to enable the growth plans of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides setup, configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of all system integrations across the enterprise including but not limited to API, EDI, SQL, and/or flat-files
  • Reviews requirements and makes updates as necessary to ensure system integration transactions meet standards within company ERP and WMS systems
  • Performs system configuration, mapping, and management for API and/or EDI-based transactions and processes within company ERP and WMS systems
  • Assists employees by troubleshooting and resolving EDI software problems and any related EDI chargebacks
  • Communicates with end-customers' IT departments to resolve EDI issues when required
  • Serves as interface with integrator of value-added network and managed services provider SPS Commerce
  • Creates UCC 128 labels as required per customer specifications
  • Participates in design, development, and review of new applications and integration strategies of company system
  • Define best practices, policies, and procedures and create corresponding documentation related to system integration and related systems integrations
  • Write routine reports and correspondence
  • Adhere to company defined IT service levels by responding to and managing support cases in IT Service Management applications
Skills:
  • 3+ years of EDI experience
  • Proficient in handling EDI, CSV, Flat Files, API, JSON and/or XML files
  • Programming experience is a plus such as C#, .NET, SQL JavaScript, etc.
  • Work well under pressure with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Work with a sense of urgency to get things done right with attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate concisely with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex system integration problems
  • Educate others in the organization via written communication or in-person training on how to properly use company system integration resources
  • Work outside of business hours – including weekends – when necessary to implement solutions without disrupting the business
