Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the day to day support, management, documentation, and maintenance of the company's EDI business applications, EDI transaction and customer data transmissions. Applications supported include Microsoft Dynamics D365, Data Masons and others. This position works closely with business leaders, Developers and system users in identifying, evaluating and changing existing applications as well as implementing new applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as primary contact for all EDI administration tasks including EDI processing and Customer Data transmissions, processing inbound and outbound. (Including initial Partner administration and maintenance of EDI services and accounts).
Coordinates with trading partners to implement new EDI related solutions and/or resolve production issues according to prescribed specifications.
Monitors relevant EDI logs and executes daily balancing to make sure critical EDI transmissions occur properly.
Analyzes new opportunities to proactively leverage EDI technology across the organization to improve business processes.
Manages relationship and setup with EDI partners and prioritize assignments to meet the needs of the business.
Define testing plans, process documentation, and functional specifications for all new and existing EDI mappings.
Communicates complex specifications cross functionally with technical and non-technical resources to implement new EDI solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of system documentation, system standards, policies and SOPs for existing and new systems.
Research all part number discrepancies, ship to errors in transmissions.
Determine if / how enhancement/simplification can be achieved by system configuration, and/or extending current applications.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 Years of experience of managing EDI transactions.
Hands on experience on EDI administration including creating new or enhancing EDI documents such as 810 invoices, 850 POs, 856 ASNs.
Should have process knowledge Order cycle and Logistics and Shipping/Receiving involving various EDI transactions.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with integration partners and internal customers
Experience of working with Data Masons and D365 a plus.
