Customer Service, Order Entry, Allocation, Routing and Billing
We are looking for an all-around customer service person that can work cross functionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order file and release orders to the warehouse's
    • Work with sales and import department to manage orders
  • Enter Retailer purchase orders and order changes
  • Work with the sales team for extensions as needed
  • Allocate pick tickets and send to warehouse
  • Route orders for shipment
  • Send instructions to the warehouse for ticketing
  • Set up styles in GXS catalogand Walmart's Retail Link
  • Review and approve warehouse invoices
Requirements:
  • A minimum of5 years of experience doing similar work for a fashion company (apparel, accessories or shoes, etc.)
  • EDI experience a plus
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate and quick with Data Entry
  • Must be very detail oriented, organized and able to work on your own
  • Great attitude and a desire to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities
When we reference allocation, we do not just mean turning an open order into a pick ticket.
We mean reviewing oversold styles and allocation what is available among dozens of customer orders.
Experience working for a private label company selling only cut to order is not what we are looking for.


Allocator Billing
Manual order entry. Work with the sales team to make order changes.
Review oversold styles and allocate orders.
Must have experience working for wholesale companies that have hundreds of line styles and hundreds of customers.
3-5 years of similar experience.
