Summary:
Seeking a dynamic leader to support the management of our Omni Channel Fulfillment Operations. You will be the manager of the OMS capability for the enterprise and support the mission of the organization internally as well as with external partners. This requires the design, execution and continuous improvement of an overarching operational capability. This role will support the strategies, by partnering across multiple business units and technology teams, by implementing initiatives that help our guests shop anywhere, anytime, anyplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with company cross functional team member to drive fulfillment strategies and develop the future roadmap.
  • Develop standard operating models, shared across business units, for real time monitoring of solutions as well as developing comprehensive strategic approaches for operation and visibility.
  • Continuous evaluation, definition and execution of the resource needs to succeed.
  • Establish operational metrics and measurement capabilities for OMS execution, ensuring proactive monitoring and quick reaction.
  • Partner with leadership to execute the following:
    • Reporting for business constitutes, via dashboards and other tools, of exact status of operations
    • Management of OMS exceptions through the Identification, escalation and management of issues in partnership with cross functional teams
    • Anticipate and identify issues and opportunities, taking action to ensure orders are processed timely and managed efficiently to customer satisfaction
  • Partner with ecommerce teams to develop an understanding of current and future customer fulfillment requirements.
  • Facilitate ideas to enhance the customer experience, reduce total cost, and improve speed to customer.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Order Management, Logistics, and Customer Service with a strong focus on the fulfillment experience across multiple points of interaction including distribution centers and stores
  • Solid understanding of OMS operations in a retail domain with exposure to supply chain, e-commerce, finance and 3rd party technical management
  • Ability to function as business liaison with IT business partners
  • Experience in providing application support, comfortable using technology and diving into technical details
  • Strong experience with Excel, designing reports and data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Understanding of retail and supply chain technology POS, WMS, etc
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2 years previous experience working with store/ecommerce retail operations
