Looking for a motivated, reliable IT Engineer to support our client's Atlanta office and associated studios. This person will have primary responsibility for deskside user support and will also be a part of the engineering team, assisting with design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the production plant especially as it pertains to IT solutions. We're looking for an individual who is eager to expand their knowledge base and who is excited to learn new things. In addition, this person will provide remote IT support to our client's Florida office as well totaling around 150-200 end-users.

- Provide courteous and timely response to calls and requests for support
- Utilize ServiceNow to log, update and manage incidents and service requests
- Provide support for common business applications such as Microsoft Office Products (O365), Citrix, Web browsers, Antivirus, and Oracle
- Image, configure, and deploy PC and Mac computers
- Perform Account Management functions utilizing Active Directory Manager
- Install software and applications
- Adhere to established processes and procedures
- Strong communications skills and customer experience essential
- Ability to multi-task between processing tickets, various project work, and working with equipment
- Assist with equipment moves within RSN office location(s)
- 5+ years of technology experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Windows Workstation OS 7 and 10
- Active Directory Users & Computers
- Maintaining and upgrading computers utilizing SCCM, InTune
- Providing user support on the phone and in person
- Installing software and applications
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and incidents
- Familiar with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management ticketing systems
- Mac experience
- Knowledge of virtual machines (VMs)
- Microsoft systems administration
- Desktop support
- Scripting (e.g., Powershell)
- Network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Network and systems monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Imaging
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with computer-based media systems
- Avid editors, back-end servers, and Nexis Storage – ACSR certification is a plus
