Our client is in need of an experienced Support Engineer with exposure to Delphi. The right candidate is one that takes a proactive role in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within running applications. Candidate should be a self-described problem solver. This role will require a mix of remote and onsite work in the Dallas/Plano, TX area, and occasional travel to Hattiesburg, MS.

Requirements:
  • Experience as the primary support engineer for live applications; keeping them running, diagnosing and identifying bugs, and creating workaround solutions.
  • Exposure to Delphi and Firebird
  • Strong experience and understanding of databases
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Retail and/or Warehouse Management System experience
