Qualifications:
Position Qualifications: Bachelors in Marketing;. Min 5-7 years of business analysis and Client marketing experience - Will be working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Lead portfolio management through brand positioning / differentiation and P&L management, driving market share growth, NES (net external sales) and GP2 (gross profit after costs and marketing expenses) Lead business analysis to measure business performance and uncover business driving insights, making recommendations to senior leadership on how to drive growth on SK Color Lead commercialization of NPIs (new product innovation) by leading the IAT (inter-agency-touchbase) Develop and effectively execute all marketing plan programs, incl. media, social, consumer promotions, shopper marketing, POS initiatives, FSI (free standing insert). ABMs (Associate Brand Managers) will report to Brand Manager Partner with Sales Strategy, Category Management, Market Research and Sales Teams to understand and support account needs Support development of yearly business plans that identifies key business opportunities and future growth plans Collaborate with Innovation lead to continuously sharpen SK Color's 5-year long-term IMP (innovation master plan) based on category and mega trends as well as consumer and customer driven insights
