The Contract Recruiter supports the plant by ensuring that a pool of qualified candidates is maintained to support the needs of the current and forecast open hourly positions. The contract recruiter has responsibility for "building feet on the ground strategy, sourcing, screening and interviewing. The Recruiter partners with the ADP managing the administration such as scheduling (as needed), offer letters, background checks, closing of req. The role will report to the Talent Acquisition function. Key Responsibilities: Leads the recruiting strategy for identifying candidates. Research and recommend new sources for local active and passive candidate recruiting. Utilizing the branding tools and coordinate all advertising including local TV, Newspaper, Billboards, etc. for recruiting purposes. Partners with on-site temporary staff vendor to identify f/t talent (TBD) Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conduct prescreening interviews. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Creates recruiting status reports. Conduct regular meetings with the HR team and TA Manager to determine effectiveness of recruiting strategies and workforce planning. Maintain communication with hiring managers. Besides sourcing & supporting in the temp labor conversion, in the case of Geneva support, we will need also more onsite recruitment involvement in live hiring events, moving candidates that apply via indeed to our Henkel pipeline and support with creating a weekly reporting for the project in terms of number of candidates open/in pipeline/hired and number of temps transitioned.
