Looking for a dynamic Telecommunication Systems Engineer to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with solid technical skills and an aptitude for exceeding expectations. 
 
The primary role of this position will be to provide design, implementation, upgrade and maintenance services for Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center technologies.
 
Areas of responsibilities include Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, Cisco Clients (CUBE), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCX), and WebEx.
 
Responsibilities Interface with other IT Teams and the business to provide requirements for Contact Center and collaboration technologies

Looking for an individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi–task, and the passion to learn and keep abreast with the ever-changing technology climate.
 
Administration of Global Cisco VoIP Systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3nd level support by reviewing (initial triage) and resolving alerts within established service levels 
  • Participates in design of infrastructure with collaboration from other groups and with vendors
  • Supports the deployment of new voice network technologies and upgrades of existing voice network technologies
Administration of Global Contact Center Systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3nd level support by reviewing (initial triage) and resolving alerts within established service levels 
  • Provisioning and training of new agents
  • Monitors customer contact center technology including systems, applications, call routing and voice network traffic
  • Participate in the design of new contact center technologies and upgrades of existing contact center systems
 
Administration of Global Meeting / Video Conferencing Systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3nd level support by reviewing (initial triage) and resolving alerts within established service levels 
  • Monitor all video and meeting solutions including WebEx, WebEx Room kits, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide "white glove” service to executive or high-profile meetings.
  • Participate in the design of new video and meeting technologies and upgrades of existing meeting systems.
 
Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUC), Unified Contact Center (UCCX), and WebEx.
  • Microsoft Teams experience
  • Some working knowledge of cloud-based technologies (O365, Azure, Cisco)
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate technical reports
 
Education and experience required:
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years combined Cisco Collaboration, UCCX, VoIP troubleshooting, design and configuration experience
    • Experience in the design, implementation, and/or administration of any of the following:
      • Cisco Unified Communications
      • Cisco Unified Contact Center
      • TDM, SIP, H.323 voice gateways
      • WebEx and/or Microsoft Teams
      • Data networking (route/Switch) technologies
      • Cloud applications
Preferred: 
  • Technical Certifications (CCNA or CCNP Voice / Collaboration)
