Overview:
We are looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently seeking to add aProject Managerto our team of IT Professionals. This position will manage, lead, and provide oversight for IT and non-IT projects, including portions of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. In addition to providing status reports, this role functions as the liaison between Business Units and the IT Department regarding planning and priorities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leads, directly and indirectly, project teams.
  • Develops project plans for all projects.
  • Adheres to PMP principles and best practices.
  • Creates metrics and status reports to bring visibility to each initiative.
  • Creates and manages project budgets.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Utilizes standard templates such as Scope Document, Project Plan, Communication Plan, etc.
  • Identifies project teams, stakeholders, subject matter experts, executive sponsors, etc. for projects.
  • Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Ensures 3rd party applications are fully utilized by the business (Commercial Off The Shelf software).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 -5 years of IT project management experience, preferably with ERP implementation, is required.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience and knowledge and practice with methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile, Continuous Improvement, and Business Process Improvement are preferred.
  • Candidates with demonstrated ability to work successfully on large-scale projects, the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detail-oriented tasks, experience with system design and development from business requirements analysis, and training and leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
