Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our most prestigious clients in the Dallas, TX area. Our client is a Billion-dollar Enterprise organization that offers a competitive salary, full benefits including 401K match and generous PTO

Day to Day Summary:
  • Defines and develops user interfaces and functional specifications
  • Leads development of functional enhancements to internal applications
  • Manages, understands, prioritizes and solves internal applications, SharePoint, and third-party production issues.
  • Assists and provides input to the manager in planning, estimation, and scheduling application development
  • Provides technical guidance and expertise to team members and in some instances, leads recovery plan when solutions implemented need corrective action
  • Develops and maintains sound change and release management practices for all database changes
  • Works with end users to develop business requirements and builds technical solution to meet requirements
  • Creates and maintains application documentation through SDLC process
  • Utilize SharePoint expertise in 2007, 2010 and 2013 versions for day-to-day support of the environments, including troubleshooting user issues, making form and view changes, creating web parts, migrating sites to newer environments

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum four years of relevant professional experience is required
  • Three years' experience coding Dynamics CRM (2016 / D365 preferred)
  • Create and install plugins, workflows and forms in Dynamics CRM - D365
  • Create test cases and execute unit test plans for Dynamics CRM - D365
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues)
  • Participate in design and code reviews Dynamics CRM -D365
  • Mentor and train other technical team members Dynamics CRM - D365
  • Responsible for maintaining systems documentation Dynamics CRM - D365
  • Extensive Dynamics CRM Development experience (2016 / D365 preferred)
  • Dynamics CRM - D365 Integration/Migration experience (exp. w/ tools such as SSIS, Scribe, Kingsway Soft)
  • Be able to recommend best CRM Practices
  • Work with DBA and System Administration team to implement best practices
  • Strong JavaScript and JQuery experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Majority of time is spent on contributing to and/or managing projects and providing advice and direction in primary areas of expertise
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to solve a range of complex problems
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions and best practices
  • Takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • Typically acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead the work of other staff members
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, typically in only the most complex situations.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
