The Enablement Specialist, in conjunction with our customers and their clients, will deliver the migration of assigned client transmissions from legacy transmission platforms to the customers BizManager 4.0 infrastructure and applications. Candidate will be part of a team responsible for planning and executing trading partner migrations, which will include TP setup, Transformation Profile and Connectivty setup, troubleshooting system exceptions, providing consulting and guidance to client on system and industry protocols, and coordinating with both internal and external resources to successfully complete migration process
The Enablement Specialist will manage the onboarding process of assigned client transmissions in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

Onboarding/migration responsibilities include:
  1. Manage multiple enablements simultaneously using a structured project management approach
  2. Research client current configuration within multiple legacy system(s)
  3. Explain all aspects of the process focusing on the recommended enablement and migration approach
  4. Coordinate with various internal and external resources to complete enablements successfully including IT, Operations, and Data Transmission resources
  5. Educate and counsel clients regarding networks, receivable networks, industry protocols, data routing, and security issues
  6. Configure connectivity and routing builds on the BizManager
  7. Test and confirm client connectivity to the BizManager
  8. Review and validate go-forward system's transmission format requirements
  9. Broker end-to-end integration testing
  10. Coordinate/Participate in client go-live activities
  11. Monitor/troubleshoot post go-live transmissions and transition migrated clients to steady state support
  12. Act as the single point of contact for client inquiries and guidance during the migration process and transition to production support
  13. Provide consultative guidance as necessary for internal constituents including Application Teams, Client Services and Line of Business

Knowledge:
  • Communications Protocols (AS2, SSL, SSH, FTP w/PGP, HTTPs),
  • EDI, XML, Business Analysis
  • Project Management
Education and Experience:
  • Associate Degree or higher

Industry Experience:
  • Strong client facing skills and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Previous experience with large scale client migrations on the BizManager platform
Work can be done remotely! One Year Contract!
