Scope and Purpose of Position:

As a Senior Full Stack Web Engineer, you will work across the web stack using the latest technology, and continuously deliver both large-scale web products and features that immediately impacts millions of users. You will be responsible for all of our customer-facing and internal applications, working with a lean team of true experts to deliver amazing, high-quality applications.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in all aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases
  • Develop software frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
  • Lead performance optimization efforts and help address them, if necessary
  • Help to assess the applications security and ensure that they meet internal and external compliance mandates
  • Review artifacts like use cases, estimates, high level designs, low level designs, code, and provide appropriate feedback
  • Identify complex issues in a timely manner and provide mitigation recommendations to the Project Managers
  • Assist Source Control, Build, and Deployment Management as needed
  • Identify Non-Functional Requirements (Performance, Security, Testability, Extensibility, Scalability, Maintainability, Deploy ability, Accessibility, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • A developer by nature, technology enthusiastic with a sharp mind
  • 3+ years of experience developing large scale web applications
  • Experience with Angular, HTML5, Javascript & CSS
  • Experience with a backend technology using MSFT stack (.Net/.Net core)
  • Experience with MS SQL database development
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side APIs integration
  • Experience with Redis, Rabbit MQ, Security, Performance, and Optimization
  • Experience with CI/CD and agile methodologies
  • 1 + years' experience in Healthcare IT industry
  • Mobile Application or Mobile Device development experience

  • Exposure to a broad range of development tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of Source Control, Build, and Deployment Management using Team City/Octopus
  • Experience with developing performant/scalable/high-availability systems; addressing performance/reliability issues. Must have automation experience including metrics generation and building verification tests.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Excellent analytical skills
