The primary purpose of this job is to support the efficient operation of the facility by working directly with site management, employees and 3rd party vendors. Provides a high level of support across the site to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Position responsibilities include:
Organize all office operations and serve as the point person for support processes including conference rooms, mail, office supplies, copier maintenance, and general errands. Maintains the office condition and arranges necessary repairs. Supports HR with payroll processing, updating of training records, and coordination of new hire orientation Provides data entry, reporting and tracking for EHS activities Assists purchasing with vendor documentation, service contracts and blanket PO's Coordinates purchase of office supplies Provide administrative support across all departments to ensure effective and efficient office operations Authority to perform all tasks/activities responsible for

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of administrative experience Experience in a production or manufacturing environment a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application Skilled in using computer and application software for updating databases and generating reports Ability to organizing report and detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
