Responsibilities:
  • Manages staff of PeopleSoft application development employees and contractors.
  • Develops periodic goals, organizes workloads, sets priorities, monitors project and support activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of work
  • Ensures compliance with all audit, security, and risk management requirements
  • Provides input and support to budget management process
  • Identifies business needs and leads technology resources to develop systems.
  • Develops and encourages staff to use innovation and creativity to solve business or technical issues on time and within budget.
  • Encourages staff to develop reusable frameworks and components to improve speed to market and lower overall cost.
  • Conducts performance management and career development processes, provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides hands-on training to staff
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing, supporting and upgrading PeopleSoft Financials Applications
  • Recent experience as a PeopleSoft Lead or Manager
  • Knowledgeable in various PeopleSoft Finance Modules such as: Accounts Payable, eProcurement, Purchase Order, Asset Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Billing
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (prior experience with Agile/Scrum a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Visio, Power Point, Word and Excel)
  • Experience in conducting data analysis and creating ad-hoc reporting to address business problems
  • Experience using database development tools such as SQL*Plus and Oracle SQL Developer.
