SUMMARY: 
Enterprise hands-on project manager with deep experience in ERP systems and IT infrastructure architecture. Will provide solution delivery expertise to the technical work stream in the ERP program. This is a key role to enable business transformation by overseeing core Infor M3 ERP and supporting system delivery services across the development, testing and QA, operations, support, deployment, cutover, transition and warranty activities.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Lead several teams of professionals across development, testing and QA operations, support, deployment, cutover, transition and warranty disciplines.
·         Act as a liaison between Systems Integrator resources and technical experts as well as a variety of internal teams who will be integral to supply services to ensure program execution.
·         Review and approve vendor created development, testing, operations, deployment, cutover, transition and warranty specifications to ensure fit.
·         Leads the creation of the ERP support function to meet the needs of the organization.
·         Ensure strategic alignment between the architecture and design stream and the service delivery teams to ensure that the solution is built in accordance with the Infor M3 standards.
·         Collaborate across Systems Integrator architecture resources to ensure that the delivered solution components meet the business functional and system nonfunctional requirements and can be operated by the team.
·         Works collaboratively with operational leadership, ERP super users and end users to identify and implement system optimization, improvements and efficiencies throughout the system development.
·         Responsible for the implementation of monitoring, change control, and update/upgrades of Cloud and/or on-premise ERP systems through the program delivery lifecycle.
·         Works collaboratively with leadership, staff, and vendors on all matters related to the use and support of ERP applications and tools.
·         Establishes and manages standards, methodologies, and process for ERP configuration and development.
·         Manages vendor relationships, discussing issues, service agreements and directing the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
·         Engage Technical SME's to gather and derive operational requirements and translating them into appropriate technical specifications to ensure that issues can be quickly identified, isolated and resolved.
·         Facilities cross-functional meetings/presentations with various levels of management.
·         Stays abreast of solution development progress, provides assistance as required to support development, testing, operations, deployment, cutover, transition and warranty activities.
·         Participate and support all mock conversions, dry runs, dress rehearsals, conference room pilots, systems integration tests, user acceptance tests and production cut over activities as required.
·         Assists with System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by providing technical and solution expertise to triage issues and defects.
·         Provide technical assistance to the business in the use of information and data.
 
EXPERIENCE:
·         10+ years of IT experience with a focus on ERP solutions
·         Experience with hands-on technical management leading a complex IT service delivery organization
·         Experience administering and upgrading complex ERP solutions
·         Experience working with enterprise level ERP applications (Infor a plus) with a proven record of delivery excellent (schedule/budget/quality)
·         Project management experience and demonstrated experience working with off-shore teams will be helpful
·         Possess strong knowledge of defining business architecture with alignment to technology.
·         Ability to work closely with other technology disciplines across integration, data, security, application and reporting.
·         Advanced communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with architects, developers and SME's.
·         Highly developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within defined timeframes in a fast-paced program environment.
·         Ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
·         Ability to build close working relationships with both operational stakeholders and functional/technical support staff to facilitate a cooperative and productive working environment.
