We are searching for an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst to monitor EDI transactions from our largest retail customers. Looking for an inquisitive problem solver who understands EDI technical mapping and is quick to resolve time sensitive transactions. EDI troubleshooting, testing, configuration and process automation are some of the top priorities of this position. This is an integral member of our IT team.

Responsibilities:
Interface with internal customers to fulfill business and technical requirements as well as external customers to implement and maintain automated exchange of electronic data with SPS Commerce
Coordinate with EDI trading partners.
Maintain inbound and outbound data; assist in electronic data transfer (meeting all deadlines).
Conduct all EDI Certification testing, ensuring state standards are met.
Diagnose problems with EDI processes, working with other technical and/or business resources as necessary for assistance and troubleshoot application problems.
Conduct daily status reporting and ongoing support for system questions and problems related to EDI trading partners.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
3+ years of EDI experience
Working knowledge of EDI configuration and solutions
Working knowledge of file transfer protocols such as HTTPs, FTP, SFTP, AS2 and ANSI
Knowledge of EDI Formats such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, XML, XPath, XSLT, XML schemas, Flat Files, and CSV

Experience with traditional Business-to-Business (B2B) integration scenarios
Knowledge of EDI transaction sets such as 810, 846, 850, 855, 943, 944, 945, etc. (retail/wholesale distribution experience helpful)
Ability to document standard operating procedures and best practice to support environment of continuous improvement
Reliable and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a part of a collaborative team
Requires creativity and latitude under general supervision
Self-starter requiring limited management
Technical and non-technical troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong supportive team player
