Overview:
The Business Systems Manager functions within the day-to-day operations of the Transportation Management Systems and ERP. Under the direction of the VP, Systems and Integration, you are responsible for supporting all areas of our systems, TMS and WMS applications. You will lead a team in best practices, process improvements for system configurations and troubleshooting problems, and creating Standard Operating Procedures to support our users and partners best.

· Previous experience as a computer technician, EDI programming, or Technology support
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues.

· Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades .

Position Details
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and support specialists responsible for TMS, ERP, and WMS systems.
- Direct system implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of TMS, ERP, and WMS systems for optimal performance.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions for new ERP software.
- Integrate business cycles into digital workflows within TMS/WMS software.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver project requirements.
- Gather feedback to improve system standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Plan and manage system upgrades, updates, and new module implementations with minimal disruption.
- Continuously evaluate application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to resolve system issues and address user concerns promptly.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their business objectives and needs.

- Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in TMS/WMS implementation within Transportation and Supply Chain.
- TMS/WMS Concepts: Strong understanding of TMS concepts, modules, and implementation methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365; able to communicate both technical and non-technical concepts effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects within projected time constraints.
- Experience: 10 years of experience with 3GTMS, Truckmate, Netsuite, and/or WMS systems.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Customer Service Attitude: Maintain a positive customer service attitude and remain calm under pressure.
- Leadership & Flexibility: Effective coaching, team development, and adaptability to changing needs.
